Higher-order aberrations are complex vision distortions, like glare or halos, that can’t be corrected with regular glasses and are often assessed with wavefront technology for advanced diagnostics or LASIK evaluation.

GUEST SPEAKER: DAVID LIPKIN, LDO, ABOC
David is a 3rd generation Optical Industry veteran and past owner of EyeCO Superstores and Eye-To-Eye Optical. A graduate of Coburn Optical School of Optical Engineering, David holds multiple certifications from Topcon, Reichert, and Haag-Streit in Diagnostic Testing, including the Topcon KR-1W for High Order Aberrations.
David is the current Vice President of the Arizona Association of Dispensing Opticians. Additionally, he is an Account Manager for Walman Instrument and Advancing Eyecare-Lombart Instrument Division, "ABO Training Specialist" and Territory Manager for Marchon Eyewear. David has authored over 50hrs of ABO-NCLE approved CE courses.
