This modern day, self-declared Renaissance Man may be better known on social media as the Opticaljedi, where he educates optical professionals on how to excel at customer service. In 2021 he began consulting services, to train individual practices on their specific needs. Ric was named the 2023 and 2024 Healthy Sight Ambassador at the Transitions Academy Innovation Awards.
